Nowhere else do you find such strong brands linked to a stream of dynamic product innovation. I enjoy automotive research because the challenge of getting under the car buyer’s skin is unique: only in automotive will someone say they have just spent £60,000 because they “want a car to go from A to B”! In addition the work itself is incredibly varied: from car clinics through to creative development through to distribution and leasing channels, through to commercial vehicles. One day you are interviewing a Bentley owner about his cars, the next you are in a rubbish dump (literally), interviewing the manager about tipper trucks. My latest project (2011) was for London agency M3 for their Korean client, Hyundai/Kia.
I enjoy working for the top automotive research agencies in the UK and have experience of working with these brands: Audi (A8, A6, A4), Bentley, BMW, Castrol, Citroen, Fiat, Ford, Hyundai/Kia, Land Rover, MAN, Mazda, Nissan (Navara,Cube, 350Z, Infiniti) Peugeot, Renault, Saab, SEAT, Skoda, Vauxhall, components manufacturer Visteon and the vehicle inspection agency, VOSA.
